What we’re looking for

Freshflow is seeking a motivated Business Development Intern who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to make a real impact. You’ll work closely with the founders and key stakeholders to identify growth opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and drive revenue-generating initiatives. This is a hands-on internship where you'll gain first-hand experience in startup growth, strategy, and execution.

This is a 3-month internship based in Berlin with the opportunity to work alongside an ambitious and remote-first team of 20 people.

Responsibilities

• Support in day to day operations and improve processes
• Assist in building and nurturing strategic partnerships with businesses, investors, and key stakeholders
• Ideate and drive initiatives across the organization to improve the user experience and drive efficienty
• Help optimize and scale business development strategies
• Support the team with operational tasks related to partnerships and revenue growth
• Track, analyze, and report on key business development metrics

Skills and Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business or Economics
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and thrive in a startup environment
• Ambition to get shit done
• Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to learn fast
• Prior experience in business development, sales, or partnerships is a plus
• Fluent in German; advanced in English
